I have been suffering from severe CFS/Fibromyalgia for years. I have probably taken every drug the doctors could think of. One day I was reading about emu oil and the anti-inflammatory properties of the oil. I tried putting a drop on my hip and found that it greatly lessened the pain and discomfort which reduced my propensity to change positions. Then I started thinking that homeopathic snoring remedies contain oils and extracts that are supposed to lubricate the nasal passage and keep the sinuses from swelling. None of them worked very well for me and they are costly. I wondered if emu oil would work. I tried swabbing a drop in each nostril at bedtime and IT WORKED. I have reduced my snoring from 2-3 times per night of prolonged snoring to 1-2 times per week of mild snoring. My wife is happy and I sleep a lot better.

I had developed a very bad case of the shingles on my stomach, back, and left side. Shingles are extremely painful in people over 50, and the pain pills and Tylenol 500's were not working. My daughter recommended Emu Essence PRO80 Pain Relief Oil to me, and I tried it on the sore muscle areas first. The pain began in leave within 20 minutes. The next few days I used it more on the shingles themselves and I had more and more relief. I have been using Emu Oil for about a year to help relieve the pain I suffer in my body from a disease called Fibromyalgia. This disease is a chronic muscular-skeletal dysfunction that causes nearly constant pain in the entire muscle system in the body. Using the PRO Pain Relief Oil in the tub once or twice a week has relieved quite an amount of pain and has also helped me to have more mobility in my joints since the tightness and soreness has been relived. It is an answer to prayer that this has helped me where no prescription had been able to do so! I was taking Tylenol by the bottle and was getting no relief at all, and other painkillers made me worse instead of better. I was burned on my face while lighting natural gas. The hair on the right side of my face was singed including my eyelashes and eyebrow. The front of my hairline was also singed. The skin was red and painful. I immediately applied Emu Essence Emu Oil to the burned areas. Within a hour or so the pain had subsided and the redness was reduced. Two years ago I had a triple by-pass. Six months ago my feet swelled to the point that I could not wear shoes any longer. The Doctor recommended support hose. I tried support hose, and the blood or liquid could not return upwards. The huge swelling turned purple; off and on. The Doctor said, "there is nothing else we can do. Does anyone out there suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? I do. And I have found that rubbing emu oil into both wrists, works MUCH, MUCH better to relieve the aching (so that I can sleep at night) than wearing splints and/or taking Relafan constantly. Jane H.- USA

Our grandson had an allergic reaction an antibiotic, which created a diaper rash with a fiery red area like a burn. He was very fussy, and in a lot of pain. I had gone to a horse fair for the weekend and had done a lot of walking and climbing up and down stairs the entire weekend. By the time I got home Sunday evening the top of my thigh muscle above my knee was hurting so bad I could hardly step up one step to my porch at home. I firmly believe in Emu Oil. I have been using it since 1993 when I opened my first shop in Livingston before moving it to a mall in Lutkin, Texas. I had a boutique where I sold Southwest style clothing as well as makeup. Selling the makeup, I often made the customer up to demonstrate the products. The first thing I did after removing all of their old makeup was to apply 100% pure Emu Oil. I would also tell them when you clean your face at night, put pure emu oil on your face and all around your eyes (I never put the oil on the eyes in the morning as the eye makeup will disappear).

A lot of my clients bought Emu Oil for their husbands who had open-heart surgery. Their doctors told them to rub Emu Oil over those long incisions when they started healing so the scarring would be less and it would heal faster. The Shrine hospitals use it in the burn institutes in Galveston. The Olympic soccer coach used it for deep bruising as well as grass burns. Me, I use it for aging skin.

I swear by the stuff. The forehead lines between my eyes are less now than when I was forty-eight. I had an 11x14 portrait photo made then and I compared it to my forehead recently. The lines are not nearly as deep.

Your Emu Oil has no odor and is very clear white. I have gotten hold of some that had a definite odor and invariable I used it to oil up my feet as I could not sell it to be used on the face. I also have gotten some that is clear on top and sort of yellowish toward the bottom of the bottle. I quit using all of those. Mary P. - Texas

Hello - I just recently had a skin cancer removed from my nose and had to have extensive surgery. My scar starts at the bridge of my nose and goes to the tip and around the left nostril. I used Emu Essence Emu Oil from a friend yesterday, applied it twice last night and again this morning. What a difference it made just over night. I am very impressed.

I started using Mederma and didn't see the results I expected. It said that I would see a big difference in 8 weeks. I am not a patient person and this seemed a long time for me.

I have a dog that is allergic to flea bites and also to the flea shampoo, spray, drops and powder. He breaks out in hives over much of his body. The hives itch, then he scratches and breaks open the skin resulting in some nasty open sores that don't heal easily. He also suffers from hot spots occasionally.

What I have found to be effective on both is to apply the AniMend Pure Emu Oil directly onto his skin wherever there is any skin irritation or open wound.

He likes to lick the area after application, but I don't worry because AniMend Pure Emu oil is not harmful if ingested. To try to keep him from licking the area until most of the oil has absorbed I simply apply it right before I feed him. He is busy eating and doesn't bother not lick the area as much.

The itching is reduced and he stops scratching it within a short period of time. The injured areas heal within a day or two.

I also add about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of AniMend Pure Emu Oil to whatever pet shampoo that I'm using when I bath him. It seems to soothe the skin and reduce any inflammation.

Miss Bart, our chocolate lab, had an altercation with our Akita. A minor disagreement that resulted in a nasty puncture wound and tear below her left eye. After checking the wound thoroughly I decided there was no need to go to the vet so I carefully cleaned it out and tended to it daily. Two days after this incident I got my first emu oil and decided this would be an excellent test of your product. I started applying the emu oil after each cleaning twice a day. I've never seen a puncture wound heal so quickly or so well. I definitely expected to see a scar. There is no scar and the hair has all grown back in place.

To add to this story, the dog Miss Bart tangled with, Logan (her kennel mate)was very sorry and was very attentive when Miss Bart was getting her treatments. Logan was also sporting a scrape under her left eye but all she lost was a few hairs. To keep everything on an even keel we also devoted some attention to Logan's 'wound' with emu oil knowing that it was a perfectly safe product to use on her. To say the least, both are healed and both are happy.

We will keep emu oil on hand in our household from now on. We can't imagine being without it. Donna - WY

We have an Australian Cattle dog mix who got tangled up with a cow's feet and ended up with a torn cruciate ligament and had to have surgery. On a whim I decided one evening while doing her physical therapy to massage in some Pro80. I was very surprised the next morning to see that after laying still all night that she was less stiff than usual and was using that leg immediately after waking. Typically she carries that leg for a bit before getting it limbered up and using it. We are now massaging the Pro80 in both morning and night. We also used regular emu oil on a sore created by the cast that she wore for a week. It was a small but very deep sore. We treated it several times a day with emu oil and it healed quite rapidly. Later we noticed she was fussing with that spot and creating a lick granuloma. Back to the emu oil we went. We put it on the spot and then did her physical therapy to keep her from licking it for about 15 minutes. That has healed very well and she no longer fusses with it. She may be only a dog to some people but to us our pets (4 dogs) are a very important part of our family and deserve the best of care.

Emu oil and Pro80 are now a part of our 'hairy family's' life as well. Donna - WY

Irritated skin on Mare after heat cycle I used Emu Oil on my mare after she was very irritated as a result of her heat cycle. The skin had peeled and was quite a mess, but after using Emu Oil, after cleaning the inflamed area, she was clear and all her hair grew back. L.M. - PA
