These are genuine blown-out empty eggshells.

Ostrich Eggshells are ideal for many types of egg arts & crafts such as: etching, carving, painting, Fabergé decorating, pysanky, etc.

Size Details - Height and width circumference will vary. There will be 1 hole located on 1 end of the eggshell. The hole size will be anywhere from 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inch across.

Grade A - These are our top quality eggshells. Each egg has been meticulously cleaned and inspected by hand to ensure that you receive only the very best quality when ordering a Grade A eggshell. They are the best choice if you are looking for an eggshell that is ready for display in its natural state. They are also a good choice if you want an eggshell in near perfect condition for carving, decorating or painting. Since these are real eggshells there may be natural color and texture variations.

Ostrich eggshells have two layers: the inner layer is white and the outer layer is a pearly white dimpled layer. Each one is unique and genuinely beautiful.

All of our eggshells are blown-out, cleaned, sanitized, and ready for display or further decorating. No polish is used on the exterior. Each egg is individually wrapped to protect it during shipping.

They are perfect for the hobbyist or just for a beautiful, unique display or centerpiece.

Ostrich Eggshells are naturally a light yellow color with a dimpled outer layer. However, colors may vary from slightly off white to creamy yellow and some will be more heavily dimpled than others. These natural variances make each Ostrich eggshell unique and one of a kind.

I ordered one of these eggshells for my daughter for her birthday. It arrived in 2 days and was definitely a hit. Her and her friends were enthralled that it was a real egg. It's creamy white and the shell is very thick (more than 1/8 inch). Now she needs an egg stand (I didn't think ahead), but it's proudly on display in her room.
