Emu Oil
What's the difference between regular emu oil and ultra clear emu oil?
Our regular emu oil is a blend of both the lighter and heavier fractions of emu oil and has a rich, creamy consistency. In contrast our ultra clear emu oil has the heavier fractions removed resulting in oil that remains a clear liquid at normal room temperatures. The ultra clear emu oil also absorbs into the skin quicker.
How can I tell if my emu oil is high quality?
Emu oil can vary significantly from batch to batch. One of the first things to do is to look for the American Emu Association certification seal.
This means that the oil has been tested at the time of processing by an independent third party to verify that it meets or exceeds the
Emu Oil Trade Rules.
Is your emu oil odor free?
Yes, our emu oil is considered odor free. There is a lot of emu oil on the market today, however all too often it is either not processed correctly, has gone rancid, or is mixed with essential oils to hide a bad smell. All fresh, high quality, AEA Certified emu oil should be pure emu oil that is odor free.
Animal Basics
How do I keep my pet from licking the Emu Oil off when I apply it?
Try applying the emu oil just before feeding or walking your pet. Emu oil will penetrate in a matter of minutes, and by the time they think of licking the oil again it should have had time to penetrate.
What if my pet ingests some Emu Oil?
Don't worry! Emu Oil is nontoxic.
Hair Care
Is the Rejuvenating Shampoo and Conditioner safe for color treated hair?
Yes, all of our hair care products are formulated to be safe for color treated hair.
Is it safe to use the Rejuvenating Shampoo and Conditioner daily?
Yes, it is absoluely safe and recommended to use daily.
Egg Shells
What's the difference between Grade A and Grade B?
Grade A egg shells are great for displaying the eggs their natural state or if you looking for the best quality. Grade B egg shells may have slight blemishes, such as scratches, stains, natural blemishes, etc. They are not cracked or broken in any way. Grade B egg shells are mostly used by artists for painting or carving where these blemishes are covered up.
Why don't you ship egg shells internationally?
Due to government regulations, egg shell exports (even for one shell) take around 6 months and $150 in fees. Since this is prohibitive for most of our customers we regret that we no longer have an export license for egg shells.

How can I become a distributor?
We have several different programs for individuals and companies that are interested in distributing our products. You can find out about our distributor programs and request more information

Are there any fees?
Nope. The only requirement is a minimum quantity, which is usually 12 items (total items, not 12 of each product). If you don't want a minimum purchase, you might be interested in our
affiliate program.

How do I redeem a coupon?
