If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products simply return the unused portion in the original container within 30 days of the date of your original sales receipt and we will gladly refund the purchase price less shipping and handling charges.

Return Policy Terms:

• Return policy excludes larger sizes such as pints, quarts, gallons, buckets, and barrels unless unopened.
• If you returning more than one of the same item a refund will only be given for one opened container. All unopened containers will be eligible for a full refund.
• If you are returning an item originally purchased as part of a collection, kit, or other special offer a refund will be issued for the single item less the original discount.
• Refunds will be processed upon our receipt of the returned items.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card that was charged for the purchase. If the original order was paid by check or money order a refund check will be mailed to you at the billing address originally supplied to us.
• Please allow one to two weeks for your refund to process.
• We must receive all returns within 30 days of the date of your original sales receipt.
• Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time at our discretion.
